Screen Printing is done by printing ink through a fine mesh screen onto a substrate. There are three key components in the process: Art, Screens and the Print. Each component is equally important. If one portion is not up to par, the whole project will suffer. We ensure quality by using high tension screens, the best printing equipment the industry has to offer, and our many years of experience in the industry.
The process begins in the art room. You send us your idea, and we make it a reality. Once the customer has approved their art on a mock up, the design is then broken down into separate colors. This process can be fairly difficult, depending on the complexity of the design, and this is where our years of experience really shine!
Once separated, the design is then burned to a screen. The quality of the screen plays a very large role in the outcome of the print. A loose screen will not allow the clarity and color saturation that a high tension screen does. We’ve made the investment in the finest screens available to get the job done right and it shows!
After the screen is made, it’s time to print. We felt we owed it to our customers to use the very best the industry has to offer; that’s why all of our printing is done on automatic presses. Our automatic presses offer very consistent, sharp, vibrant images each time an order is produced.
We have an incredible design team that’s capable of bringing even the most complex ideas to life. However, if you already have a logo, great, it will speed up the whole order process.
We can work with most files, but prefer the following formats when possible: .ai, .eps, or .psd
Typically 1–2 weeks. Rush services are available if you need it sooner.
We are best suited for larger run orders of quantities 50 and up; however, we will print orders as small as 24 pieces.
